If you successfully completed all steps mentioned in the 'How do I open an online account?' section, you will get Unverified account. It means that you are able only to deposit your account but applied some limits 10 EUR-100 EUR. Cash-Out is not available for you. 

 VERIFIED ACCOUNT 

If you would like to withdraw the funds, you should get Verified Account. Go to the My Account section and click on the 'Settings button'. Enter all required information and upload a scanned copy of your passport. Now your account is verified. You can make deposit and cash-out.
